- Plan, develop and implement sales strategies for assigned Key Accounts

- Explore new opportunities and develop new sales channels

- Achieve assigned sales targets in alignment with company's overall strategy

- Work with merchandising team to explore business opportunities in key account sector;

- Gather market intelligence of trade development and execute trade promotions

- Work Closely with marketing team and build good relationships with Key Account Clients

- Control budget and spending to maximize business opportunities


- Degree holder in business related discipline

- 4 - 5 years key account management experience in FMCG industry

- Strong knowledge and experience in channels (experience in managing Japanese Key Chains will be an advantage)

- Strong, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills;

- Self started, proactive, able to work in a fast pace environment;

- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese;

- Hands-on PC skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Chinese WP

- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Key Account Manager
