崗位職責:
Assistant Digital Marketing Manager
- Develop digital and social media strategies and implement digital initiatives in website, social media and other digital platform to meet business objectives
- Develop marketing materials for content marketing/ online promotion/ digital campaign
- Utilize a range of techniques including paid search SEO/ SEM, website development and social media management to meet business objectives
- Closely manage social media platform to drive customer engagement
- Develop digital CRM program with IT/ agencies to maximize customer engagement
- Evaluate effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns in Social Media, Mobile Marketing, Website, etc. to achieve KPI/ ROI
- Conduct google analytics, social media analysis, digital analytic tools competitive research and web behavior analysis
- Continuously review new technologies and keep the brand at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
- Ongoing provide marketing insights and explore opportunities to cope with business growth
- Assist to recommend the social media plan based on campaign objective
- Own social influencer (celebrity / KOL / micro influencer) strategies
- Assist in ad-hoc marketing project
任職要求:
- Bachelor Degree holder in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or other related discipline is preferred;
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in digital marketing;
- Experience in FMCG/ beauty/ retail products is an advantage;
- Agency background is also welcomed;
- Pro-active, dynamic and self-disciplined with positive attitude;
- A team player and a result-oriented person;
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Less relevant experience would be considered for the position of Digital Marketing Executive
